Asia-Pacific
Your own ordering site, built the way an Asian kitchen works.
Set meals, banquet menus, hot pot add-ons and spice levels are the menu, not an afterthought. Local addresses, your own currency, and a printer that fires the ticket the moment an order lands.

Built for how Asian kitchens work
A menu structure that does not fight your menu
Most ordering systems are built for a flat list of products. An Asian menu is not that, and forcing one into the other is where the evenings go.
Set meals and banquet menus
Multi-course sets priced as a set, choose-one-from-each-group courses, and banquet menus that scale with the number of people — built as what they are, not as fifty duplicate products.
Sizes, add-ons and spice levels
Small and large, half-and-half, extra chilli, swap the rice, add a portion — option groups carry the price, so you edit one item instead of ten.
Local addresses and distance
Delivery zones built from the address format your customers actually type, with distance measured on real driving routes rather than a circle on a map.
Chinese from the first email
The dashboard and the ordering site both run in Chinese, and so do we — from the first message to the price change you want made next year.
Who we build for
Independent kitchens across the region
We enter the menu, set the delivery rules, connect the payments and configure the printing. Send us a photo of a printed menu if that is what you have.
Chinese restaurants and takeaways
From a small shop doing collection only to a restaurant running delivery, dine-in and bookings from one menu.
Hot pot, BBQ and banquet restaurants
Per-person sets, add-on trays and group bookings, with reservations taking your own covers and time slots.
Cafés and casual dining
Collection and scheduled pick-up with time slots, so the rush arrives spread out instead of stacked at the counter.
Shops paying commission today
Keep the listing if it still brings you new people. The orders worth moving are the regulars — the ones you are already paying a cut on.
Hardware
The kit that turns an order into a ticket
Posted to you, configured before it arrives. A web order should not need somebody watching an inbox.

FAQ
Asia-Pacific questions, answered
Which countries do you cover?
We build remotely and ship the hardware, so the build itself works anywhere in the region. Tell us where you are and we set the address handling, currency and delivery rules up for it.
Can you take online card payments where I am?
That depends on which regulated payment providers operate in your country. Tell us where you trade and we will confirm honestly what is available before anything is built — and if online card payment is not practical, the system still runs on cash and card on collection and delivery.
Can the menu be in Chinese?
Yes. The menu text is yours to write, and the ordering site and dashboard both run in Chinese or English. Send the menu in whatever form it exists and we enter it.
How do delivery zones work?
Zones are built from whatever your addresses give us — postal code, district, suburb — combined with real driving distance from your kitchen. Each zone carries its own fee, minimum order and limit.
Do I have to buy hardware from you?
Not necessarily. Tell us what you already run — in many cases you keep it and we set the printing up around it. Otherwise we supply and configure a handheld order printer or a full POS terminal.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually days rather than weeks once we have your menu. The two things that set the pace are how quickly the menu reaches us and how quickly your payment account is approved.
