Ring Order Food

Europe

Your own ordering site, built for a European kitchen.

Local address formats, your own currency, and a printer that fires the ticket the moment an order lands. The brand, the domain, the customer list and the margin all stay with you.

Built for a continent of different rules

One system, set up for where you actually are

Address formats, currencies and delivery habits change every few hundred kilometres. That is configuration, not a different product — and we do it before you log in.

Local address formats

Street-and-number, postal code, or a mix: delivery zones are built from the address format your customers actually type, and distance is measured on real driving routes.

Your currency, priced as entered

Euro, złoty, krona, forint — prices display exactly as you set them, so the number on the menu is the number the customer pays and the number on the ticket.

Your menu, in your language

The menu text is yours to write. Put it in the language your customers read and that is precisely what appears on the site — nothing is machine-translated behind your back.

Charges you control

Delivery fees, minimum orders and any service charge are rules you set — fixed or a percentage, per order type and payment method — and switch on and off yourself.

Who we build for

Independent kitchens across Europe

We enter the menu, set the delivery rules, connect the payments and configure the printing. Most of the shops we work with are family-run and permanently busy.

Chinese and Asian restaurants

Set meals, banquet menus, sizes, half-and-half dishes, spice levels and add-ons all fit the menu structure. We speak Chinese, so nothing is lost between your menu and the site.

Pizzerias, kebab and grill houses

Sizes, halves, toppings priced by size and meal deals — the shapes these menus actually take, with the price attached to the option rather than to a duplicate product.

Restaurants that take bookings

Table reservations with your own covers, time slots and confirmation emails, running alongside ordering from the same menu.

Shops paying commission today

Keep the listing if it still brings you people who had never heard of you. The orders worth moving are the regulars — the ones you are already paying a cut on.

Hardware

The kit that turns an order into a ticket

Posted to you, configured before it arrives. A web order should not need somebody watching an inbox.

A handheld order terminal with a printed ticket torn off it

FAQ

European questions, answered

Which countries do you cover?

We build remotely and ship the hardware, so anywhere in Europe works the same way. Tell us the country and we set the address handling, the currency and the delivery rules up for it before you see the site.

Can the site be in a language other than English or Chinese?

Your menu, descriptions and page text are yours to write, in any language, and that is exactly what appears on the site. The parts we supply — buttons, checkout labels, confirmation emails — currently ship in English and Chinese, so tell us early if you need another and we will say honestly what it involves.

How do delivery zones work without postcodes like the UK has?

Zones can be built from whatever your addresses give us — postal code, town, district — combined with real driving distance from your kitchen. The distance limit does the work where the codes are too coarse.

How are card payments handled?

Card payments are processed by a regulated payment provider and settle into your business’s own account, in your name — not into a platform wallet. Tell us which country you trade in and we will confirm what is available there before anything is built.

Do I have to buy new hardware?

Not necessarily. Tell us what you already run — in many cases you keep it and we set the printing up around it. Otherwise we supply and configure a handheld order printer or a full POS terminal.

Can we deal with you in Chinese?

Yes. Send us the menu and talk things through in Chinese if that is easier — we work in both languages.
