Ring Order Food

United States

Your own ordering site, built for a US takeout shop.

ZIP-code delivery zones, card payments in dollars, and a printer that fires the ticket the moment an order lands. The brand, the domain, the customer list and the margin all stay with you.

  • ZIP-code delivery zones
  • Card payments in USD
  • Kitchen printing included
  • English & Chinese support

Built for how US shops trade

A bill that stops growing with your volume

Third-party delivery is charged as a share of every order, which means the bill grows exactly as fast as you do. A system you own does not work that way.

ZIP-code delivery zones

Build your area from ZIP codes combined with real driving distance rather than a circle on a map. Each zone carries its own delivery fee, minimum order and distance limit.

Dollars, priced as you enter them

Prices display exactly as you set them, and the total on the kitchen ticket matches what the customer was charged.

Pickup, scheduled ahead

Live hours and time slots cap how many orders land in the same fifteen minutes, so the pickup counter never gets ten tickets at once.

Your account, not a platform wallet

Card payments are processed by a regulated payment provider and settle into your business’s own account, in your name. Nothing to withdraw, no weekly payout schedule set by somebody else.

Who we build for

Independent shops, not chains

We enter the menu, set the delivery rules, connect the payments and configure the printing before you ever log in. You should not have to learn a system before you can use one.

Chinese takeout

Combination plates, family dinners, lunch specials, sizes and spice levels all fit the menu structure — not forced into a system built for a flat product list. We speak Chinese, so nothing is lost between your menu and the site.

Pizza shops, delis and grills

Sizes, halves, toppings priced by size, subs and combos — the shapes these menus actually take, with the price attached to the option rather than to a duplicate product.

Restaurants with a dining room

Table reservations with your own covers, time slots and confirmation emails, running alongside delivery and pickup from the same menu.

Shops paying commission today

Keep the listings if they still bring you people who had never heard of you. The orders worth moving are the regulars — the ones you are already paying a cut on.

Hardware

The kit that turns an order into a ticket

Posted to you, configured before it arrives. A web order should not need somebody watching an inbox.

A countertop till in use behind a restaurant counter
POS terminal
A handheld order terminal with a printed ticket torn off it
Handheld order printer
An 80mm paper roll being loaded into a till’s built-in printer

FAQ

US questions, answered

Do you work across the whole US?

Yes. The build is done remotely and the hardware ships to you, so a storefront in Queens and one on a small-town main street are the same job. Support is by email.

Can I keep my delivery app listings as well?

Nothing stops you. Your own site is an extra channel, not a decision you have to make on day one. Run both, see where the repeat orders end up, and decide later.

How do delivery zones and fees work?

You set them, per zone: the fee, the minimum order, the distance limit, and whether that zone is open at all. Change any of it yourself from the dashboard.

How are card payments handled?

You can take payment online, or on delivery and pickup, or both. Card payments are processed by a regulated payment provider and settle into your business’s own account, in your name. The usual processing charges apply.

Do I have to buy new hardware?

Not necessarily. Tell us what you already run — in many cases you keep it and we set the printing up around it. If you would rather have a handheld order printer or a full POS terminal, we supply and configure that instead.

Can we deal with you in Chinese?

Yes. Send us the menu and talk things through in Chinese if that is easier — we work in both languages, and the system itself has English and Chinese interfaces.
