Ring Order Food

United Kingdom

Your own ordering site, built for a UK takeaway.

Ring Order Food builds independent ordering websites for takeaways and restaurants across the UK — postcode delivery zones, card payments in pounds, and a printer that fires the ticket the moment an order lands. The brand, the domain, the customer list and the margin all stay with you.

  • Postcode delivery zones
  • Card payments in GBP
  • Kitchen printing included
  • English & Chinese support

Built for how UK shops trade

The details a template gets wrong

Taking an order is the easy part. Surviving a Friday night is the part that has to be set up properly.

Real postcode delivery zones

Draw your area the way you actually deliver: outward codes or full postcodes, combined with real driving distance rather than a straight line on a map. Every zone gets its own delivery fee, minimum order and limit, so you never accept a job the driver cannot make.

Pounds, priced the way customers read them

Prices display exactly as you enter them, and the total on the kitchen ticket matches the total on the customer’s card statement.

Allergen and dietary markers

Every item can carry allergen and dietary information, shown on the item, in the basket and at checkout — before the customer commits, not after.

Throttled for the rush

Live opening hours and time slots cap how many orders land in the same fifteen minutes, and scheduled orders spread the pre-orders out instead of stacking them all at seven.

Who we build for

Independent shops, not chains

Most of the kitchens we work with are family-run and permanently busy. We enter the menu, set the delivery rules, connect the payments and configure the printing before you ever log in.

Chinese takeaways

Set meals, banquet menus, chow mein and curry sizes, half-and-half dishes, spice levels and add-ons all fit the menu structure — you are not forcing a Chinese menu into a system built for a flat list of products. We speak Chinese, so nothing is lost between your menu and the site.

Curry houses, pizza, kebab and fish shops

Sizes, option groups, meal deals and half-and-half pizzas — the shapes these menus actually take, with the price attached to the option rather than to a duplicate product.

Restaurants with a dining room

Table reservations with your own covers, time slots and confirmation emails, running alongside delivery and collection from the same menu.

Shops paying commission today

Keep the listing if it still brings you people who had never heard of you. The orders worth moving are the regulars — the ones you are already paying a cut on, for customers you found yourself.

FAQ

UK questions, answered

Do you work across the whole UK?
Yes. The build is done remotely and the hardware is posted to you, so it makes no difference whether you are in London, Manchester, Birmingham or on a single high street in a market town. Support is by email.
Can I keep my marketplace listing as well?
Nothing stops you. Your own site is an extra channel, not a decision you have to make on day one. Run both, see where the repeat orders end up, and decide later.
How do delivery charges and minimum orders work?
You set them, per zone, and you can change any of it yourself from the dashboard: the fee, the minimum order, the distance limit, and whether that zone is open at all.
How are card payments handled?
You can take payment online, or on delivery and collection, or both. Card payments are processed by a regulated payment provider and settle into your shop’s own account, in your name — not into a platform wallet you have to withdraw from. The usual processing charges apply.
Do I have to buy a new till?
Not necessarily. Tell us what you already run — in many cases you keep it and we set the printing up around it. If you would rather have a handheld order printer or a full POS terminal, we supply and configure that instead.
Can we deal with you in Chinese?
Yes. Send us the menu and talk things through in Chinese if that is easier — we work in both languages, and the system itself has English and Chinese interfaces.
