Built for how Australian shops trade
Set up for local addresses and local charges
Australian delivery is long distances and specific suburbs, and the charges that go on top are the ones you decide — not a platform.
Suburb and postcode delivery zones
Build your area from suburbs and postcodes combined with real driving distance, each zone with its own delivery fee, minimum order and limit — so a ten-minute drop and a forty-minute drop are not priced the same.
Australian dollars, GST-inclusive
Prices display exactly as you enter them, GST included, so the number on the menu is the number the customer pays and the number on the ticket.
Surcharges you set yourself
Public holiday and card surcharges are rules you control: fixed or a percentage, per order type and per payment method, switched on and off from the dashboard.
Your drivers, or none at all
Delivery, collection or both. There is no third-party fleet you are obliged to use and we add no per-delivery charge of our own.
Who we build for
Independent kitchens
We enter the menu, set the delivery rules, connect the payments and configure the printing before you ever log in.
Chinese and Asian restaurants
Set meals, banquet menus, hot pot and BBQ add-ons, spice levels, half-and-half dishes — the menu structures Asian kitchens actually use. We speak Chinese, so nothing is lost between your menu and the site.
Cafés and brunch spots
Collection and scheduled pick-up with time slots, so the morning rush arrives spread out instead of stacked five deep at the counter.
Restaurants that take bookings
Table reservations with your own covers, time slots and confirmation emails, running alongside ordering from the same menu.
Shops paying commission today
Keep the listing if it still brings you people who had never heard of you. The orders worth moving are the regulars — the ones you are already paying a cut on.
Hardware
The kit that turns an order into a ticket
Posted to you, configured before it arrives. A web order should not need somebody watching an inbox.

FAQ
Australian questions, answered
Do you work anywhere in Australia?
Yes. We build remotely and post the hardware, so Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or a country main street all work the same way. Support is by email.
Can you handle Australian addresses?
Yes. Address lookup and delivery zones are set up for suburbs and postcodes, and delivery distance is measured on real driving routes rather than a straight line on a map.
Can I add a public holiday or card surcharge?
Yes, and you control it. Surcharges are rules — fixed or a percentage — that you can attach to an order type or a payment method and switch on and off yourself.
How are card payments handled?
You can take payment online, or on delivery and collection, or both. Card payments are processed by a regulated payment provider and settle into your shop’s own account, in your name. The usual processing charges apply.
Do I have to buy hardware from you?
Not necessarily. Tell us what you already run — in many cases you keep it and we set the printing up around it. Otherwise we supply and configure a handheld order printer or a full POS terminal.
Can we deal with you in Chinese?
Yes. Send us the menu and talk things through in Chinese if that is easier — we work in both languages, and the system itself has English and Chinese interfaces.
